Muklawa Box-Office collection: The recently released Punjabi movie underwent a stupendous weekend at the box-office.

Standing tall on their consistent spree of producing super-hit Punjabi movie, renowned production house White Hill Studios have put on board another successful venture named ‘Muklawa‘.

Released on May 24 among intense competition, the movie ended up improving its box-office collection throughout the week. Having gained accolades in both India and overseas, Muklawa has earned a praiseworthy INR 8.92 crore across the globe.

The best part about the movie’s success lied in the fact that it was received well by the audiences outside of Punjab as well in India. As far as the overall collection from India is concerned, Muklawa earned INR 4.5 crore.

As expected, Muklawa allured the second-highest eyeballs in Canada, where the movie earned INR 1.82 crore. Among the other centres, Muklawa earned INR 90 lakh each in Australia and USA, INR 38 lakh in United Kingdom, INR 22 lakh in New Zealand and INR 20 lakh from other centres outside of India.

With no major Punjabi movie releasing on May 31, expect Muklawa to gain on its achievements in the upcoming days. Directed by Simerjit Singh, the movie stars Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa, Gurpreet Ghuggi, BN Sharma, Karamjit Anmol, Sarbjit Cheema and Drishtii Garewal in pivotal roles.
