She is a young girl who recently came to limelight with her first Punjabi venture Burrraahh. Yes we are talking about Nidhi Chhikara. After getting all the praises for her movie, Punjabi Mania spoke to her about her experience, the Premiere controversy and upcoming projects.

Q1: How did you thought to start up with a Punjabi Movie?

A1: Entertainment industry is very versatile and you can speak out a lot through cinema. I came last year from Australia with a passion of making movies. And I started with a Punjabi movie as the concept was impressive.

Q2: How was your experience with Yuvraj Hans and Harish Verma, the fun loving duo?

A2: Two beautiful humans with beautiful hearts. God bless them with more success & glory.

Q3: The Premiere of Burrraahh saw a displute between the producers. Are things settled now?

A3: It was shocking  & unfortunate. I will work double hard next time with some professionals and speak with my work. Hope everything will sort out well.

Q4: How excited are you with Burrraahh getting a good response?

A4: I knew inside that people will like it but not to an extent that people will start dancing in cinemas during the movie. I am very excited and motivated to work better and better. For me there are two real heroes of film - MUSIC by Gurmit Singh & COACH Mukul Dev's & RK Dutta's Chemistry. It worked quiet well.

Q5: Are you thinking to produce some other Punjabi Movies as well?

A5: Yes we have started pre-production for our next project "Singh vs Chautala" which is again a beautiful comedy and a mix of Punjabi and Haryanavi culture. We aim to target bigger market that include Punjab, Haryana, NCR, Rajasthan with it.
