He is a music producer, a singer, a songwriter and finally he has got one more title under his belt and that is an actor. We are talking about the multi-talented Millind Gaba, who made his debut to Punjabi Film Industry with the movie Stupid 7. Punjabi Mania interviewed him recently.

Q1.Tell us about your background?

I am based in New Delhi, I did my studies here. I have completed my bachelors and am planning for post-graduation now. My father, Mr. Jeetu G is a renowned Music Director in Punjabi Music Industry and even I am trying my hands on it. I am a singer, music producer and song writer.

Q2. How did you got the break in Punjabi Film Industry?

Pali Bhupinder Sir had come to New Delhi in early September for the auditions. The moment I discovered about that, I contacted sir and went for the audition. And fortunately I got selected for the role of Parry Sandhu in the movie.

Q3. Stupid 7 is your first movie, were you nervous facing the camera for the first time?

Yes this is my debut step towards the golden screen. The acting journey made me a little nervous but Pali sir gave all the characters, a 10 day acting workshop in Moga, so was able to face the camera with all my positive energy and talent .I had faith on me and I hope the audience appreciates my hard work.

Q4. How was the experience of working with your co-stars?

Working with the big stars Dr. Jaswinder Bhalla ji, Mr. Guggu Gill ji and Mrs. Razia Sukhbir ji has been very special experience for me. I feel lucky to get an opportunity to work with them at my first break. I have learnt a lot from them. They are really professional artists and made me feel easy and comfortable on the shoot.

Q5. Any memories from the sets of the movie?

All memories of Stupid 7 are embedded beautifully in my heart. But I remember when our shoot schedule got over, as sir said the final pack up, the whole stupid 7 team from a spot boy to the director sir, had their eyes wet.  We had come so close to each other, it was hard to face the pangs of dispersion.

Q6. What are your future plans?

I'm coming with some albums, solo singles soon plus acting in another movie project which shall be disclosed soon.

Q7. Any message for your audience?

All I wish to say is that I am working hard, trying to give my hundred percent. I have faith in myself, my matarani and my audience. And I believe they will never let me down. Your appreciation encourages us to do better.
