Jatt and Juliet 2 continues to create history in Punjab with second day figures which are by far better than any film before. The film collected 1.17 crore nett on day two and the previous record for day two was 70 lakhs nett. The two day business from East Punjab and Delhi/UP is as follows.
East Punjab
Friday – 1,27,00,000
Saturday – 1,17,00,000
Delhi/UP
Friday – 17,00,000
Saturday – 25,00,000
The film has also grossed $500,000 approx overseas in two days. The worldwide gross figures are 3.75 crore in India and 3 crore Overseas giving it a worldwide gross of 6.75 crore. It will be the first film Punjabi film to have a 10 crore weekend GROSS worldwide.
