In an official message shared with the media, Minister Bains conveyed his condolences to Jawanda’s family, friends, and admirers, describing the singer’s demise as a "deeply painful loss for the cultural fabric of Punjab."
“It is heartbreaking to hear of Rajvir Jawanda’s untimely death. He was undergoing treatment at Fortis Hospital after a tragic accident in the Baddi region of Himachal Pradesh. His absence leaves a void that can never truly be filled,” said Bains.
He praised the late artist for his contribution to Punjabi music, noting that his powerful voice and emotional lyrics had touched countless hearts across generations.
