Amrinder Gill vs Sidhu Moose Wala: October 1, 2021 will witness the clash of two of the illustrious names of the Punjabi entertainment industry.

There has always been a debate on more than one Punjabi movie releasing on the same day. While one side of the argument points out the industry being too small to accommodate two (or more) releases on a single day, the other side quotes examples of two movies doing well despite releasing on the same day in the past.

While the second argument holds true in a limited number of cases (One, to be precise), the first one still bags the majority. Given the producers’ knack of locking dates for the upcoming year, the same is the case this time as well.

Starting with the latest development, it was unveiled a few months back that Sidhu Moose Wala’s debut film Moosa Jatt will release on October 1, 2021. The teaser for the same was unveiled a few days back on social media. Upon going through other announcements made recently, Rhythm Boyz Entertainment, a Prominent name in Punjabi Film & Music Industry have also recently announced that their next film will release on the above mentioned date, i.e. October 1, 2021. The announcement for the same was made by Producer Karaj Gill on social media.

The best part about both the movies releasing together on the same day is that both of them are based on highly contrasting subjects. Will Rhythm Boyz’s yet Untitled film is touted to be a family entertainer whereas Moosa Jatt from the looks of the teaser looks like an Action Film.

It is also worth noting that another film starring Kartar Cheema in the lead, Thana Sadar has also been announced for release on the same day.

Considering the status which the two of Rhythm Boyz/Amrinder Gill & Sidhu Moose Wala share in Punjab, these two movies coming out together has it in it to view an intriguing battle at the box-office.
