Ammy Virk is moving very fast in Punjabi Cinema. All of his releases so far, 4 to be precise have been very different from each other. 2 more films of Ammy Virk are ready to be released, Saab Bahadar (May 26) and Nikka Zaildar 2 (Sep 29) and he has already announced the release date of his next film. The film is titled Harjeeta and is the Biopic of Harjeet Singh Tuli, the captain of India U21 Hockey Team which won the Hockey Junior World Cup last year in Lucknow beating Belgium after a gap of 15 years.

Tuli is the son of a truck driver from Kurali and trained at the local Gopal Hockey Academy. Harjeeta is the title of the biopic where Ammy Virk will be seen playing the lead role of Harjeet Singh Tuli. The film will be directed by Vijay Kumar Arora who earlier directed RSVP – Ronde Sare Vyah Picho starring Harish Verma & Neeru Bajwa. The film will be produced by Ammy Virk’s home production The Villager Studios’ Bhagwant Virk alongside Nick Bahl and Omjee Group’s Munish Sahni.

The script has been penned by Jagdeep Sidhu who has written films like Sargi, Nikka Zaildar 1 & 2, Dildariyaan and the film is slated to release on March 30, 2018. This year Rabb Da Radio released on the same weekend. Here’s the 1st poster of the film:
