The coming year is going to be a treat for the Punjabi cinema lovers as every other day, a new Punjabi film is being announced. Recently, we had shared the news of the trailer release of the upcoming Dev Kharoud starrer Kakaji which will release on 18 January 2019. The trailer got a lot of love and appreciation from the audience. After receiving a stupendous response for Kakaji’s trailer, the makers of the film – Dream Reality Movies and Ravneet Chahal have announced one more project which will hit the silver screen next year.

The upcoming project has been titled DSP Dev and it will once again star the shining and rising star of the Punjabi industry, Dev Kharoud in the main lead. Renowned actor Manav Vij will also be seen playing a significant role in the film. The movie will also star Lucky Dhaliwal and Jagjeet Sandhu in important roles who will also be playing supporting roles in the film Kakaji. Popular actor Jagjeet Sandhu has done many superhit films like Rupinder Gandhi Series and Dakuaan Da Munda with Dev Kharoud and the duo has always managed to win the audience’s hearts.

Dev Kharoud will be playing the role of a DSP in the upcoming film. The movie has been written by Gurpreet Bhullar and will be directed by film Kakaji’s director Mandeep Benipal. The female lead of the film has not been announced yet.The release date of the film has been kept under wraps and will be soon disclosed by the makers.
