Friday Russh Motion Pictures is now a well known name in the field of production of Punjabi films. The production house has produced two blockbuster films – Mr. & Mrs. 420 (2014) and its sequel Mr. & Mrs. 420 Returns (2018). Both these films got immense love from the audience, received appreciation from the critics and managed to do a stupendous business at the box office.

After the super success of both these films, the production house is all ready to take the next step and grow in the field of production of movies. The production house has recently made an announcement that six movies will be released under the banner of Friday Russh Motion Pictures till the year 2020.

Ot of these six movies, The first movie is Ooda Aida which stars Tarsem Jassar and Neeru Bajwa in the lead. ‘Ooda-Aida’ would release on 28 December 2018. All the other five films will be released in the coming two years, that is 2019 and 2020.

The production house has kept the names of the remaining five films under wraps. The release date of all these untitled films have been disclosed. The movie that will release after the release of ‘Ooda-Aida’ will hit the silver screens on 1 March 2019. The remaining four films will release on 12 April 2019, 15 November 2019, 10 April 2020 and 12 June 2020 respectively.

Not much details have been revealed regarding the star cast of the movies. This announcement came as a shocker for the audience. This news will create excitement amongst people but will also create pressure on the production house to come out clean with their promise. All these films will be distributed by the renowned Omjee group.
