There are reports coming in from a very reliable source that all is not right between the the lead actor and director of Mukhtiar Chadha, DirectorGifty and Diljit Dosanjh. Mukhtiar Chadha’s shooting began in 2012 after the release of Jatt & Juliet 2 and the film was supposed to release way back in 2013. However, the film got pushed ahead due to certain circumstances and in the meanwhile, DirectorGifty made a name for himself in Hindi Music Industry with some stylish videos with Yo Yo Honey Singh and few other artists. And then, there were reports coming in that Diljit is not happy with Gifty due to his increasing closeness with Yo Yo.

Also the source disclosed that Diljit had refused from promoting the film and even refused to dub for the film. However, all this is not yet confirmed. But now when the film is supposed to release in mere 4 days time, we haven’t seen any ground promotion activity either from the actor or the director’s side. And the best part is, both have moved on to something else – Diljit is shooting for his upcoming son, Guitar Waley Munde and DirectorGifty is busy in Goa shooting for Sonakshi Sinha’s debut single, Ishqoholic. Also the film is not being promoted enthusiastically on Diljit’s social media handles – FB, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram like some of his earlier films.

However, inspite of all this drama, Mukhtiar Chadha is all set to release on this coming Friday on November 27th.
