Shinda Shinda No Papa: The father-son duo will be working together in lead roles in the recently announced movie.

Desi Rockstar Gippy Grewal has added to his already long list upcoming movies by announcing 'Shinda Shinda No Papa' this afternoon.

Grewal took to his social media handles to confirm working with son Shinda Grewal for the first time as a co-actor. The father-son duo had earlier worked together as director-actor in 'Ardaas Karaan' (2019).

It is noteworthy that Gippy's elder son Ekom Grewal will be making his acting debut in 'Outlaw', a forthcoming web-series written and produced by his father.

As far as Shinda Shinda No Papa is concerned, it will be directed by Amarpreet GS Chhabra. Readers must note that Gippy and Chhabra have already worked together in an unreleased movie titled 'Honeymoon'.

Writer Naresh Kathooria, who has written Gippy's imminent movie titled 'Yaar Mera Titliaan Warga' among many other projects with him, has also written Shinda Shinda No Papa.

The movie will be produced under Gippy's home production label of Humble Motion Pictures and Yodlee Films. Known for his collaborations, Gippy will be working for the first time with Yodlee - a division of Saregama India Limited. Yodlee, however, will be making their debut in the Punjabi film industry in Ammy Virk and Tania-starer 'Oye Makhna'.

As mentioned in the announcement poster, Gippy will be releasing Shinda Shinda No Papa on April 14, 2023. It was in November last year when Gippy had blocked Baisakhi 2023 date for 'Sheran Di Kaum Punjabi'. With no further development about that movie till now, it seems to have been postponed for now.
