Punjabi singer and actress Sunanda Sharma was honored at the ET Inspiring Women Conclave 2025 for her remarkable contributions as a female artist in the entertainment industry.

Before accepting the award, Sunanda proudly stated, "Power of Punjabis," highlighting her pride in her roots. Upon receiving her honor from Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre, Sunanda expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you for having me here. It feels great to represent Punjab beyond my state."

Receiving this recognition is a matter of great pride for me. For kids like me, coming from humble backgrounds, to receive respect, love, and an award like this is the greatest achievement. The biggest reward is when people greet you with a smile and acknowledge your work."
