Director Anurag Singh who has tasted success with all of his 3 films namely Yaar Anmulle, Jatt & Juliet and Jatt & Juliet 2 is all set to begin his next project from August 28, 2013 in Amritsar. It is reported that the shooting for this film will go on for 50 days non-stop.

The film will star none other than Diljit Dosanjh who has earlier worked with Singh in the Jatt & Juliet series. The Lead Actress is not yet revealed but Gunbir Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu are producing the film and the film is based on the events that occured in Punjab in 1984 and is tentatively titled as ‘1984-Punjab’ which has been a film that Anurag has been wanting to make for a long time.
