Punjabi Movie Double Di Trouble has been slated for a release on August 22 this year. Starring Gippy Grewal, Dharmendra, Gurpreet Ghuggi and Minissha Lamba, the movie is directed by Smeep Kang. The movie is made under the banner of Mukta Arts and is produced by veteran Bollywood Director Subhash Ghai’s brother Ashok Ghai.

Based on Shakespeare’s well known play, Comedy of Errors, the movie takes a desi avatar when a father-son pair discover their mirror images in a different city.

It is worth mentioning that the duo of Gippy Grewal and Smeep Kang have earlier worked together in Carry on Jatta, Bhaji In Problem and Lucky Di Unlucky Story.
