Jassi Sidhu-Mithu biopic to release on October 25: The makers have announced the release date of arguably the most riveting concept of this year.
Having made three critically and commercially acclaimed biopics in ‘Rupinder Gandhi – The Gangster..?‘, ‘Rupinder Gandhi 2: The Robinhood‘ and ‘Dakuaan Da Munda‘ in as many years, Dreamreality Movies are back with what they seem to do the best.
The production house is now back with another biopic, this time regarding a case which has been doing the rounds in the state for nearly two decades now. The movie will be based on ‘Jassi Sidhu Honour Killing’, a case whose final verdict is yet to come.
Given the atrocities faced by Sukhwinder Singh over the years, one expects Benipal to portray it on the silver screen with utmost precision. While the whole story is extremely sad and unfortunate, it has the potential to be made into a riveting script, something which the audiences are highly likely to appreciate.
The shoot of the untitled movie will begin soon. It is worth mentioning that the movie will hit the cinema halls on October 25. Slated to be directed by Mandeep Benipal, this will be his third movie of the year 2019.
