The song has crossed more that 759 Million views on YouTube and has got more than 2.2 Million likes, which is the highest number that a Punjabi song has ever achieved. The song has recieved immense popularity and was also picked up by the makers of the Bollywood film Luka Chuppi, who remade the song in Hindi and put it in the film. The song has also received a lot of appreciation from the people in the industry.
