Popular Punjabi singer and actress Sunanda Sharma became the victim of a shocking theft in London after miscreants vandalized her Jaguar car and fled with expensive bags and briefcases. The incident came to light on Friday morning and has left the artist visibly distressed.
Currently in London for professional engagements, Sunanda took to social media to share details of the crime. In a video standing beside her damaged car, she showed the smashed rear window and expressed anguish over the loss.
“I’m in London right now and this is the condition of my car,” Sunanda said with disbelief. “Two precious Louis Vuitton bags, a briefcase, and a Louis Vuitton handbag bought with hard-earned money have been stolen. Everything is gone,” she added, placing her hand on her head in despair.
The artist revealed that the stolen items included her favorite belongings and were of significant personal and monetary value. The damage to her luxury vehicle and the loss of valuables has triggered concern among fans, who flooded her social media with messages of support.
Born in Fatehgarh Churian, Gurdaspur (Punjab), Sunanda Sharma rose to fame with her debut track Billi Akh and continued her musical journey with hits like Pataake, Morni, Sandal, Jaani Tera Naa, and Pagal Nahi Hona. She made her acting debut in the 2018 Punjabi film Sajjan Singh Rangroot, starring alongside superstar Diljit Dosanjh and Yograj Singh, father of former cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
