Sung in the soulful voice of Amrinder Gill, the title song of the movie clearly expounds that an individual need not travel place to place like a nomad in search of Daana Paani because it is your Daana Paani which will instinctively take you to various places. That being said, as audiences of the Punjabi cinema, you all will have to visit your nearest cinemas on this Friday (04/05/2018) to watch the imminent movie, 'Daana Paani', which is perhaps inspired from the above mentioned notion.

The trailer of the movie was released about four weeks ago on the official YouTube channel of Rhythm Boyz. At the time of writing this article, it has received in vicinity of three million views on the same platform. Apart from the numerals, the trailer has also filled the audiences with oodles of expectations from the movie.

The movie is directed by Tarnvir Singh Jagpal, who had made his directorial debut by co-directing 'Rabb Da Radio' last year. It pleases everyone to witness someone so young directing movies which convey such unfeigned and impassioned messages. It is true that not much can be said about Daana Paani before watching it, but it appears all in likeliness to pass on a deep-rooted message.

Well, such have been the talks going on related to the movie. The profound and intense aura around the movie has it in it to entice the audience to the cinema halls on this Friday. Such fervent presuppositions are synonymous with someone of the stature of Jass Grewal. Having written the script of the movie, he claims it to be his best movie so far, both in terms of writing and also in terms of the overall experience. The movie stars Jimmy Sheirgill and Simi Chahal in lead roles. Apart from them, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Nirmal Rishi, Harby Sangha and Kanika Mann will be seen playing pivotal roles in the movie. As far as the star cast is concerned, the makers have covered all bases. Notwithstanding the movie being a serious affair, it has a sense of suspense attached to it. The respective background stories of both the lead actors are on tenterhooks, which forms a primary reason to watch this movie. The movie also stands tall on mellifluous grounds, something which is likely to be attract the audiences.

With this movie Jass Grewal will make his debut as a producer alongside Ranbir Singh Grewal, Gurpartap Singh Gill and Gagandeep Singh Dhaliwal. The movie will be presented under the banner of Nanokey Studios and GK Entertainment. It is co-produced by Cam Art Films and Tarn Jagpal Films. At the box-office pan India, Daana Paani will receive strong competition from Hansal Mehta's 'Omerta' and Umesh Shukla's '102 Not Out'.
