Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree Season 2 release date: The makers have finally ended a two-year long wait of fans for the second season of 'Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree'.

Released a couple of years ago, Punjabi web-series titled 'Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree' had become a household name among youth across the state. The 13-episode series was arguably the first Punjabi-language series to be liked in totality after the emergence of the web-series trend in the country.

Written and directed by Rabby Tiwana under his own label of Troll Punjabi, Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree witnessed Pukhraj Bhalla, Jasmine Bajwa, Sukhdeep Sapra, Karan Sandhawalia, Amrit Amby, Pawan Johal, Prateek Singh Rai and Karanvir Deol playing pivotal role in the series.

Given the success which the series had achieved back in the day, fans were passionately waiting for the second season. With most of these names also finding work in Punjabi movies in the last two years, the craze around them had further made it difficult for fans to wait for Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree 2.

Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree Season 2 release date

In a surprising development, the makers took to the Instagram handle of Troll Punjabi to announce the release date of the second season this morning.

The Punjabi audience, which has binged upon multiple web shows during the COVID-19 lockdown, will now get a chance to enjoy one in their own language as the second season of Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree will be made public on September 30.
