Punjabi Singer/Actor Diljit Dosanjh whose film Jatt & Juliet 2 released this Friday and is running to packed houses now focuses his goals on his dream project, 1984 Punjab. Last week, when I asked Diljit about any specific role which he had wanted to do ever since he became an actor, his reply was that the role that I am doing in 1984 Punjab is something, which is really challenging and I always wanted such kind of a role which challenges me as an actor.

Also the good thing is that the project is being directed by one and only Anurag Singh who has films like Jatt and Juliet 1 and 2 as well as Yaar Anmulle to his credit. Its a completely new genre for both Diljit and Anurag where they will have to get out of their comfort zones.

Meanwhile, he also has a 20 days schedule left for his comedy film, Mukhtiar Chadha which is produced by Vivek Ohri and directed by Gifty.
